Flush-it Limited was formed by sisters Colette Ford, Noreen Garner and their husbands Adrian and Hadrian.
The Portable Toilet Hire provider is run from Adrian and Colette's home on St Gerards Road, Solihull.
Hadrian came up with the idea of starting a Portable Toilet Hire company after being tasked with organising some portable toilet hire for 2,000 people at a motorbike club event. He decided he could do better himself and the quartet set about starting their own portable toilet hire company.
Flush-it started providing portable toilets to construction sites and for seasonal events in December 2005, well ahead of schedule and now has an impressive range of portable toilets for hire.
In just ten months they have supplied portable toilets to events as diverse as a Channel 4 music production at the Custard Factory and the Solihull Carnival.
Over the forthcoming months the company hopes to double its turnover and beyond that to expand its services to include the hire of secure site fencing, portable welfare units and large trailer event toilets.
Flush-it is a member of Birmingham and Solihull Chamber of Commerce. Along the way it has received help and advice from the chamber as well as plenty of plaudits for its success so far. |
